SPICY PEANUT SAUCE II

Comments: Serve as a dip or as a sauce over pasta.

cup
hot water

tsp
soy sauce (lite)
1/3
cup
peanut butter

tsp.
rice vinegar or white wine
2
tsp.
sugar
2
cloves
garlic, crushed
1/4
tsp.
red pepper flakes
2
green onions, finely chopped
Whisk together all ingredients.
Let sit for about 15 to 20 minutes so flavors can mingle together.
